According to the dictionary, the word traveling means "To go from one place to another". In today's world, going from one place to another can be of many modes, by air, sea, train, buses, taxi, subway, self-drive, hinge a ride, by bicycle....and the list goes on.... Even with the same mode of travel, there are many forms, eg by air, we have full service airlines that offer different seat classes and the budget airlines that offer no frills. What determines the the mode and form of your travels? I guess it has to depend on the purpose. For me, I would categorise into 3 basic types of travel:
1) Business Trip
if it is a business travel, it would liking be a very structured trip with objectives to be met.
2) Purposeful Travel
Traveling to meet relatives & friends or attend a wedding overseas can be quite a purposeful trip too.
3) Leisure Trip
This is the one that everybody likes. Some travel in style, while others go free & easy.
